The deal between you and Upkept, kept short and straight.
Upkept builds, hosts and manages a website for your business for a monthly fee. That covers the design and build, hosting, SSL, security, daily backups, SEO, unlimited content changes, and support, as described on our site.
£99 per month, with no setup fee. A new domain, if you need one, is an add-on from £12/year billed alongside your plan. Prices include VAT where applicable. We'll always tell you the total before anything is charged.
There's a 12-month initial plan to cover your build and setup, after which it continues month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. We won't hike your price without telling you well in advance.
Your domain is registered to you and your content belongs to you. If you leave, you can take your site with you. We won't hold it hostage.
The Upkept service and everything behind it belongs to us, or to the people we license it from: the software, the tools that build and change sites, our themes, designs and templates, the Upkept name and logo, and the words and images on this website. While your plan lasts, you may use the service for your business.
None of this takes anything away from “Your site is yours” above. Your domain, your words, your photos and your logo stay yours, and if you leave you can take your site's content with you.
You must not:
If this is broken, we may suspend or end access to the service, and we may take further action where the law allows.
That the information and content you give us is accurate and yours to use, and that you don't use your site for anything unlawful. We may decline or remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
